| Summary, etc. | Le théâtre de Bernard-Marie Koltès met en scène un monde contemporain déstructuré, désenchanté, implacable. Un « motif » peut alors surprendre par sa dimension plutôt traditionnelle : celui de l’« honneur » des jeunes filles explicitement traduit en termes de virginité pour elles, en termes de réputation à sauvegarder pour leurs grands frères. Un « honneur » qui n’a qu’un temps : les sœurs seront déflorées. Notre contribution se propose d’étudier d’un point de vue ethnocritique la présence de cette thématique, Koltès accordant une attention manifeste à la question des « premières fois » racontées comme des « passages ». Mais ces passages toujours violents, transgressifs, inachevés, ne disent-ils pas au fond l’impossibilité de toute alliance ? |

| Summary, etc. | Koltès or the Theatre of Lost VirginityThe theatre of Bernard-Marie Koltès dramatises the contemporary world as a destructured, disenchanted, pitiless place. In this perspective, one of his “motifs” may seem surprising because of its rather traditional nature : that involving the “honour” of young women expressed explicitly in terms of virginity for them, and in terms of the need to preserve their reputation for their older brothers. A short-lived honour, because the sisters will be deflowered. We propose in this article to study the presence of this theme from the point of view of ethnocriticism, as Koltès clearly pays careful attention to the question of “first times” narrated as “ritual initiations”. But is it not possible to see these “passages”, which are always violent, transgressive and uncompleted, as a sign of the impossibility of all alliances ? |

| Summary, etc. | Das Theater von Bernard-Marie Koltès setzt die zeitgenössische, destrukturierte, ernüchterte und erbarmungslose Welt in Szene. Ein Motiv kann so durch seine eher traditionelle Dimension überraschen : das Motiv der Ehre der jungen Mädchen, das für sie explizit mit der Jungfräulichkeit und dem Ruf, der für ihre großen Brüder erhalten bleiben muss, verbunden ist. Eine Ehre, die nur kurzfristig ist : die Schwestern werden entjungfert. Unser Beitrag studiert die Präsenz dieser Thematik aus einer ethnokritischen Perspektive, da Koltès der Frage des „Ersten Mals“, die als Initiierung erzählt wird, besondere Aufmerksamkeit schenkt. Berichten diese immer gewaltvollen, transgressiven und unbeendeten Initiierungen nicht im Tiefsten von der Unmöglichkeit, Verbindungen einzugehen ? |
