La rue se doit d’être propre et nette. La boue encombre, comme encombrent les amuseurs de rue, les enfants qui jouent, les porteurs d’eau, qu’il convient d’éliminer au profit d’une rue fonctionnelle, pourvoyeuse d’hygiène et de richesse. |
