| Summary, etc. | Depuis les années 1990, la réévaluation des hallucinogènes, ou psychédéliques, comme catégorie de substances a généré des hypothèses de recherche sur l’utilité de « micro-doses » de celles-ci pour l’amélioration d’activités de la vie quotidienne. Si dans la recherche en management ces substances ont été perçues par certains comme un outil pour l’étude de la « créativité », le « microdosage » a aussi suscité la critique. À partir d’un corpus documentaire et d’entretiens, cet article s’intéresse aux façons dont la notion « d’amélioration », telle que liée au terme psychédélique, a émergé dans la Californie des années 1960, et à son déploiement dans les pratiques et discours actuels autour du « microdosage ». |

| Summary, etc. | Since the 1990s, the reassessment of hallucinogens—or psychedelics—as a class of substance has led to proposals promoting the utility of “micro-doses” of these drugs for an enhanced functioning and well-being in everyday life. While in management research these are said to contribute to the understanding of how “creativity” is “enhanced”, such uses have drawn criticism as well. Relying on a documentary corpus and interviews, this article focuses on development of the idea of “enhancement” as related to psychedelics, in 1960s California, and on how adepts of “micro-dosing” and psycho-pharmacologists grasp this idea today. |

| Summary, etc. | Desde los años 1990, la reevaluación de los alucinógenos, o psicodélicos, como categoría de sustancias ha suscitado hipótesis de investigación sugiriendo la utilidad de “micro dosis” de psicodélicos para mejorar las actividades de la vida cotidiana. Aun que en estudios en management estas sustancias han sido percibidas por unos como una herramienta para el estudio de la “creatividad”, el “microdosing” también ha generado críticas. Desde un corpus documental y de entrevistas, este artículo analiza las formas en que la noción de “mejora”, en relación con el término psicodélico, ha surgido en California en la década de 1960, y su despliegue en las prácticas y los discursos actuales en torno al “microdosing”. |

| Summary, etc. | Seit den 1990er Jahren hat die Neubewertung von Halluzinogenen oder Psychedelika als Substanzkategorien in der Forschung zu Hyopthesen geführt, die die Nützlichkeit von „Mikrodosen“ von Psychedelika zur Verbesserung der Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens nachweisen, aber auch ein besseres Verständnis von „Kreativität“ im Kontext der Managementforschung einfordern. In diesem Artikel wird anhand von Literaturanalysen und Interviews untersucht, wie der Begriff „Verbesserung“ in der US-amerikanischen Gegenkultur der 1960er Jahre entstanden ist und wie er sich in aktuellen Praktiken und Diskursen zur „Mikrodosierung von Psychedelika“ entwickelt hat. |
