| Summary, etc. | Les gares routières africaines sont au cœur des enjeux socio-économiques et spatiaux urbains et figurent parmi les infrastructures suscitant l’intérêt des acteurs aussi bien publics que privés. Les stationnements, appellations habituelles des gares routières à Madagascar, sont les points de départ et d’arrivée des taxis-brousse régionaux et nationaux. À Antananarivo, dans le cadre du Programme d’amélioration des mobilités urbaines, lancé en 2003, ils ont fait l’objet de projets de réaménagement et de déplacement des activités sur de nouveaux sites. La dynamique s’est accompagnée d’une nouvelle approche de la gestion des gares, engendrant des tensions entre les acteurs eux-mêmes, notamment avec les investisseurs privés, et des résistances au changement. Cet article cherche à comprendre les logiques des différents acteurs. Il met en exergue le décalage entre imposition internationale de normes et intérêts des acteurs locaux. |

| Summary, etc. | Bus stations in Africa are at the heart of urban socio-economic and spatial issues, and are among the infrastructures attracting the interest of both public and private players. Parking lots, as bus stations are usually called in Madagascar, are the departure and arrival points for regional and national bush taxis. In Antananarivo, as part of the Urban Mobility Improvement Program launched in 2003, they were the subject of redevelopment projects and the relocation of activities to new sites. This dynamic has been accompanied by a new approach to station management, generating tensions between the players themselves, particularly private investors, and resistance to change. This article seeks to understand the rationale of the various players. It highlights the discrepancy between the international imposition of standards and the interests of local players. |
