Diese Regierungsmaßnahme hatte zum Ziel, die Berufsausbildung durchgängiger zu gestalten und die Anzahl von Lehrabsolventen an beruflichen Fachschulen zu steigern. Behandelt wird hier die Beschaffenheit dieser Übergangsmöglichkeiten, der Ausbildungsweg der betroffenen Auszubildenden sowie die Umstände, die deren Durchhaltevermögen und deren Erfolg bei der Berufsausbildung positiv oder negativ beeinflusst haben. Das wird anhand des Tinto-Modells erläutert. |
