Globalement, le niveau de capital humain spécifique favorise le maintien en emploi (temporaire) dans le secteur agricole, et les transitions professionnelles sont marquées durablement par la trajectoire passée. Ces résultats proviennent de l’estimation d’un modèle à risques concurrents incluant les facteurs, observés et inobservés, qui influencent les sorties du contrat temporaire. |

Overall, the results highlight the positive role of specific capital to remain in (temporary) employment. We also show that employment transitions are permanently marked by the past career. The estimation of a competing risks duration model controls all the observed and unobserved factors that influence the exits from temporary contract. |

Estos resultados provienen de la estimación de un modelo de riesgos concurrentes con los factores observados e inobservados, que influencian las salidas del contrato temporal. |

| Summary, etc. | In dieser Untersuchung wird überprüft, welche Rolle Zeitarbeitsverträge in der beruflichen Laufbahn von Arbeitnehmern in der Landwirtschaft spielen. Insgesamt begünstigt das spezifische Humankapitalniveau in der Landwirtschaft die Aufrechterhaltung eines (zeitlich begrenzten) Arbeitsverhältnisses und berufliche Übergangsphasen werden vom beruflichen Werdegang dauerhaft geprägt. Die Ergebnisse resultieren aus der Auswertung eines Modells konkurrierender Risiken unter Einschluss – beobachteter und nicht beobachteter – Faktoren, die den Ausstieg aus Zeitarbeitsverträgen beeinflussen. |
