Sont analysés les contenus d'enseignements et la notion d’« ordre professionnel » qui affecte la forme scolaire et structure les frontières de l'identité professionnelle. Le métier d'ébéniste tend à être confondu avec celui de menuisier, dans un contexte où les compétences opérationnelles prennent le pas sur la scolarisation des apprentissages. |

Summary, etc. | Here we compare the training of cabinetmakers in vocational schools (full-time) and in the dual-system (part-time school and part-time workplace), in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, canton of Vaud. The teachings are analyzed and the notion of "professional order" that affects the school paradigm and gives structure to the boundaries of professional identity. The cabinetmaker profession tends to be confused with that of a carpenter, in a context where the operational skills take precedence over the school paradigm. |

Se analizan los contenidos de enseñanza y la noción de “orden profesional” que afecta la forma escolar y estructura las fronteras de la identidad profesional. La profesión de ebanista tiende a confundirse con la de carpintero, en un contexto en que las competencias operacionales anteceden a la escolarización de los aprendizajes. |

Summary, etc. | Hier vergleichen wir die Bildung der Schreiner die eine berufliche Lehre folgen mit diejenigen die das Beruf in der Schule erlernen. Diese Studie ist vor allem in der Französisch sprechende Schweiz (genauer gesagt im Kanton Waadt) verortet. Der Inhalt der Lehren wird hier analysiert so wie auch der Begriff "Berufsverband". In der Tat, prägt dieser Begriff die Soziale Form der Schule und strukturiert zugleich die Grenzen der beruflichen Identität. Der Beruf des Schreiners wird oft, mit dem von dem Zimmermann verwechselt. Der Grund dieser nicht Differenzierung beider Berufe ist zu suchen in einem Kontext, in dem die operativen Fähigkeiten mehr wert bekommen als die Verschulung der gleichen Lehre. |
