520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | The oedipal anxiety The author tries to explain an oral response of Jacques Lacan pronounced in the middle of 1975, after a meeting at a hospital with a patient that was being treated there. Lacan linked the diagnosis of a phobic neurosis to what he called: "an oedipal anxiety". A quick glance at the place of anxiety in his teaching and at his critic of the Oedipus Complex demonstrates the importance of Lacan's reply. |
