Summary, etc. | Cet article vise à décrire de manière méthodique les effets que peuvent produire, sur les pratiques de formation, les situations de travail qui ne portent pas seulement sur des objets techniques et matériels, mais aussi sur des acteurs humains, des « usagers », dans le cadre de relations dites de service. Nous mobilisons une analyse vidéo-ethnographique d’interactions tutorales se déroulant dans des institutions de la petite enfance et dans un centre de radiologie en milieu hospitalier. Les analyses produites révèlent que les usagers – respectivement des patients et des enfants – contribuent activement à faire évoluer les situations d’interaction et qu’ils agissent de manière significative sur les conditions de participation des stagiaires et des tuteurs. |

Summary, etc. | This article aims at describing in a methodical way how work situations involving the provision of services to « users » may entail specific contingencies and opportunities for novice workers when they have to learn practical skills during internships. The paper is based on video-ethnographic case studies, focusing on verbal and non-verbal interactions between trainees, workplace tutors and users in two distinct institutional contexts : early childhood education and a radiology center in a public hospital. The analyzes produced reveal that users - respectively patients and children - actively contribute to shape interaction processes and that they significantly affect the conditions through which trainees and tutors participate to work production tasks |

Summary, etc. | Este artículo apunta a describir de manera metódica los efectos que pueden producir, en las prácticas de formación, las situaciones de trabajo que no sólo se refieren a objetos técnicos y materiales sino también a actores humanos, llamados “usuarios”, en el marco de relaciones denominadas de servicio. Utilizamos un análisis video-etnográfico de interacciones tutoriales que se desarrollan en instituciones de primera infancia y en un centro de radiología hospitalaria. Los análisis producidos revelan que los usuarios –pacientes y niños respectivamente- contribuyen activamente a hacer evolucionar las situaciones de interacción y que actúan de manera significativa sobre las condiciones de participación de los pasantes y los tutores. |

Summary, etc. | Mit Hilfe einer methodische Arbeitsweise beschreibt dieser Artikel die Ausbildungsprozesse, welche durch Arbeitssituationen bewirkt werden, die nicht nur technische und materielle Aspekte sondern auch Dienstleistungen für „Benutzer“ beinhalten, Die Analyse basiert auf video- ethnographischen Fallstudien, die sich auf verbale und nonverbale Interaktionen zwischen Auszubildenden, Tutoren und Anwendern in zwei unterschiedlichen institutionellen Kontexten konzentrieren : Eine Kindertagesstätte und ein Radiologiezentrum in einem öffentlichen Krankenhaus. Die Analysen zeigen, dass die Benutzer - beziehungsweise die Kinder oder die Patienten – wesentlich dazu beitragen, die Interaktionsprozesse zu gestalten und die Partizipationsbedingungen der Auszubildenden und der Tutoren zu prägen. |
