| Summary, etc. | Le nouveau contexte de la politique française de lutte contre le décrochage scolaire a suscité de fortes évolutions, dont notre article traite deux aspects liés : l’inflexion des politiques nationales et de leur animation par les services déconcentrés de l’Éducation nationale ; les actions et outils mis en œuvre par les conseils régionaux en matière de lutte contre le décrochage, en particulier les Plateformes de suivi et d’appui aux décrocheurs. Ce faisant, nous nous interrogeons sur l’articulation entre politique éducative nationale et déclinaison de l’action publique sur les territoires, dont l’efficacité se heurte aux divergences à la fois dans les logiques des institutions et dans celles de leurs agents. |

| Summary, etc. | Regional management of school dropout : public action in tensionThe struggle against school dropout in the context of the new French policy has led to major changes, two of them are discussed in our article : the reorientation of national policies and their management by the decentralized services of the National ministry of Education ; the measures and tools implemented by the regional councils in the struggle against dropping out, in particular the “monitoring and support platforms for dropouts”. Thus, we question the articulation between national educational policy and the local implementation of the public action whose effectiveness conflicts both with the logic of the institutions as well as those of their agents. |

| Summary, etc. | El nuevo contexto de la política francesa de lucha contra el abandono escolar ha producido fuertes cambios, de los que nuestro artículo trata dos aspectos vinculados : la inflexión de las políticas nacionales y de su coordinación por los servicios descentralizados del ministerio nacional de educación ; las acciones e instrumentos aplicados por los consejos regionales en materia de lucha contra el abandono escolar, especialmente las plataformas de seguimiento y apoyo de los desertores escolares. Así, nos interrogamos sobre la articulación entre política educativa nacional y declinación de la acción pública en los territorios, cuya eficacia choca con divergencias tanto en las lógicas de las instituciones como en las de sus agentes. |

| Summary, etc. | Die Politik des französischen Staates zur Bekämpfung des Schulabbruchs hat sich in jüngster Zeit grundlegend verändert ; unser Artikel behandelt zwei Aspekte dieser Entwicklung, die unmittelbar im Zusammenhang stehen : die Abwendung von staatlicher Seite und Übertragung der Aufgaben an die dezentralisierten Stellen des französischen Bildungsministeriums sowie die Aktionen und Instrumente im Kampf gegen den Schulabbruch unter Federführung der „Conseils Régionaux“ und darunter die Plattformen zur Begleitung und Unterstützung der Schulabbrecher. Gleichzeitig hinterfragen wir das Zusammenspiel zwischen der nationalen Bildungspolitik und der Umsetzung öffentlicher Maßnahmen auf der Territorialebene, deren Wirksamkeit durch unterschiedliche Ansätze innerhalb der Institutionen und ihrer Mitarbeiter beeinträchtigt wird. |
