| Summary, etc. | L’article porte sur les travailleuses adultes, au Mexique, qui assument des responsabilités domestiques et s’occupent des enfants. La visibilité de ces femmes sur le marché du travail a été rendue possible grâce à leur participation accrue à la population active. Il s’agissait pour elles d’assumer la charge économique du foyer, en évitant d’envoyer leurs enfants sur le marché du travail. L’un des résultats de l’étude révèle que la caractéristique du travail féminin d’insertion-expulsion-insertion du marché du travail constitue un obstacle à la modification des rôles assignés aux hommes et aux femmes au sein du ménage, rendant difficile la construction d’identités professionnelles. |

Women who have made observable by its important participation in the labor force to defend the home economic situation avoiding sending their children to the labor market. Leaning on the reference research, one of the findings of the investigation indicates that the insertion-ejection-insertion characteristic in the women labor market is an obstacle to changing the roles assigned to men and women inside the domestic units and therefore the building of work identities gets difficult. |

Die Wahrnehmung dieser Frauen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt ist ihrem zunehmenden Anteil an der aktiven Bevölkerung zu verdanken. Ihnen geht es darum, die wirtschaftliche Last ihrer Familien zu übernehmen und nicht ihre Kinder auf den Arbeitsmarkt schicken. Die Studie kommt u.a. zu dem Schluss, dass die für die Frauenarbeit typische Situation – Eingliederung in den Arbeitsmarkt, Ausschluss vom Arbeitsmarkt und Wiedereingliederung – ein Hindernis für die Veränderung der traditionellen Rollenverteilung ist und die Konstruktion einer beruflichen Identität erschwert. |
