| Summary, etc. | Ce texte porte sur les dérives identitaires contemporaines, nées dans les universités américaines. Elles ont trait au passage de la lutte anticoloniale, émancipatrice, à un combat en faveur d’un repli sur soi revendiqué comme nécessaire à la création d’une nouvelle identité, notamment depuis la chute du mur de Berlin ; on remplace ainsi le refus justifié du mot « race » par l’acceptation pour les victimes d’un statut dit « racisé », ce qui réintroduit une désignation raciale. Même chose pour le genre (construction) qui tend à remplacer le sexe (anatomique). Même chose encore pour les classifications du dsm, lequel porte atteinte à la notion universelle de subjectivité. D’où une extrémisation des conflits entre un ultra-gauchisme, désireux de promouvoir toutes les différences, et une droite extrême qui refuse les particularismes au nom d’un prétendu universalisme. En contrepoint, j’aborde la question de l’emprise exercée par un prédateur sur la subjectivité inconsciente d’une victime. |

| Summary, etc. | This text deals with contemporary identity drifts, born in American universities. They relate to the transition from the anti-colonial, emancipatory struggle to the advocation of withdrawal into the self, supposedly necessary for the creation of a new identity, especially since the fall of the Berlin Wall; the justified rejection of the word “race” is thus replaced by the acceptance of a so-called “racialized” status for the victims, which reintroduces a racial designation. The same goes for gender (construction), which tends to replace sex (anatomical). The same also goes for the DSM classifications, undermining the universal notion of subjectivity. Hence an extremization of the conflicts between a far left eager to promote all differences and a far right that refuses particularisms in the name of a supposed universalism. As a counterpoint, I address the question of the hold exercised by a predator on the unconscious subjectivity of a victim. |
