| Summary, etc. | Mit dem Inkrafttreten der Ausbildungspflicht für 16- bis 18-Jährige im Sommer 2020 wurde der Platz der Minderjährigen in der Welt der beruflichen Eingliederung neu definiert und die Vorstellungen der Fachkräfte über die Begleitung dieser Zielgruppe hinterfragt. Eine Kategorisierung der Minderjährigen, die als zu jung für die Arbeitswelt und mit ihren schulischen Schwierigkeiten als zu alt für die Rückkehr in die Schule angesehen werden, stellt die Normen der Eingliederung und Beschulung in Frage und führt zu anderen, neuen Formen der Begleitung. |

| Summary, etc. | Desde la entrada en vigor, en el verano de 2020, de la obligación de formación para los/as jóvenes de 16 a 18 años, el lugar de los/as menores en el mundo de la inserción laboral se ha redefinido, cuestionando las percepciones de los/as profesionales sobre el acompañamiento de este colectivo. Al ser considerados/as demasiado jóvenes para el mundo del trabajo y demasiado viejos/as y con dificultades educativas para volver a la escuela, esta categorización de los/as menores desafía las normas de los sectores de la integración y la educación y da lugar a tipos de acompañamiento singulares. |
