Summary, etc. | L’objectif de cet article est d’analyser les relations entre les stratégies génériques de Porter et les pratiques de gestion des ressources humaines dans le cadre des PME d’un pays émergent ; la Tunisie. Les résultats d’une enquête menée auprès de 269 responsables et directeurs de 42 PME industrielles tunisiennes identifient les pratiques de GRH à mettre en œuvre compte tenu des stratégies génériques suivies par ces entreprises. Ces résultats nous ont permis de formuler des recommandations managériales relatives à la mise en place de pratiques de GRH en fonction de la stratégie adoptée, tout en relativisant la portée des conclusions eu égard aux limites de cette recherche. |

Summary, etc. | The purpose of this article is to analyze the relationships between Porter’s generic strategies and practices of human resources management in SMEs in an emerging country ; Tunisia. The results of a survey of 269 managers and directors of 42 Tunisian industrial SMEs identify the HRM practices to be implemented given the generic strategies followed by these companies. These results enabled us to formulate managerial recommendations concerning the implementation of HRM practices according to the strategy adopted, while relativizing the scope of the conclusions with regard to the limits of this research. |

Summary, etc. | El objetivo de este artículo es analizar la relación entre las estrategias genéricas de Porter y las prácticas de gestión de los recursos humanos en el marco de las PYME de un país emergente : Túnez. Los resultados de una encuesta realizada entre 269 gerentes y directores de 42 PYMES industriales tunecinas ponen de manifiesto las prácticas de gestión de los recursos humanos (GRH) que deben aplicarse habida cuenta de las estrategias genéricas seguidas por estas empresas. Estos resultados nos permitieron hacer recomendaciones de gestión en relación con la aplicación de las prácticas de GRH de acuerdo con la estrategia adoptada, mientras que relativizan el alcance de las conclusiones con respecto a las limitaciones de esta investigación. |
