Summary, etc. | Cette recherche, ancrée sur l’étude des expériences d’achat via le drive, a pour objectif d’identifier les représentations cognitives et affectives liées à l’expérience de consommation. Une approche méthodologique basée sur l’Album On Line a été menée auprès de deux groupes, le premier exposé à un scénario cognitif, le deuxième, affectif. L’analyse des données picturales et textuelles met en évidence trois dimensions cognitives (utilitaire, temporelle et financière) ; ainsi que trois dimensions affectives liées à la rapidité de la transaction, la disponibilité des produits, et les interactions sociales. Ces conclusions permettent de formuler des recommandations managériales percevant le drive comme une expérience mobilisant le client comme principal acteur. Celui-ci devient transporteur de données (lors de la mise en place de la commande), de produits (lors de la phase de retrait) et de valeurs tout au long de cette approche processuelle visant à lui garantir une expérience de consommation agréable et plaisante. |

Summary, etc. | This study explores the purchasing experiences via the drive. Its main objective is to identify the cognitive and affective representations associated to the consumption experience. A methodological approach based on the Album On Line was conducted among two groups: the first exposed to a cognitive scenario and the second to an affective one. Analysis of the pictorial and textual data highlights three cognitive dimensions (utilitarian, temporal and financial); and three affective ones related to the transactional speed, the products availability, and the social interactions. These conclusions lead to managerial recommendations perceiving the drive as an experience whose main actor remains the customer. In addition, he becomes the carrier of data (when placing the order), of products (when withdrawing it) and values throughout the process. This approach aims to guarantee the customer a pleasant and enjoyable experience. |
