| Summary, etc. | L’article met en évidence le rapport contradictoire que vivent les jeunes exilés entre la décélération produite par le trajet migratoire, les dispositifs de jugement et d’accompagnement à l’aide sociale à l’enfance sur le territoire français, et l’enjeu d’accélération du parcours institutionnel aux fins de remplir, en urgence, tous les critères de régularisation. La mobilité statutaire (en particulier le rajeunir) constitue alors une ressource pour faire face à l’avancée en âge – biologique et chronologique – liée aux ralentissements et au déploiement de moyens d’identification. Ce phénomène de réversibilité, non définitif ni même acquis, s’opère sur les plans temporels et spatiaux selon des processus de passage entre les figures « adulte » et « enfant » ( majorisation et minorisation). |

| Summary, etc. | This article highlights the contradictory relationship experienced by young exiles between the deceleration caused by the migratory journey, judicial mechanisms and the intervention of child social services upon reaching French soil, and the acceleration of the institutional process required to meet all regularization criteria as quickly as possible. Statutory mobility (particularly rejuvenation) is therefore a means to counter the advance of time- biological and chronological- linked to the deceleration and the implementation of identification processes. This phenomenon of reversibility is neither definitive nor a given, and takes place at temporal and spatial levels in accordance with the processes of passing between the status of the “adult” and status of the “child” (becoming a “minor” or an “adult”). |
