520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. In this article, we use the case of Pierre to highlight the therapeutic benefit of listening to and gathering the speech of delirious patients. First, we briefly present elements of Pierre’s speech relating his biography and his symptoms. Second, we offer a clinical analysis of this case, based on our collective reflection. Finally, we detail the therapeutic orientation put in place, as this article was being written, in the department where Pierre was hospitalized. Beyond this singular clinical vignette, our purpose has been to share our “desire to take care” and our daily praxis in order to promote institutional clinical orientation.
