| Summary, etc. | RésuméLe dispositif français de maintien de l’autonomie à domicile des personnes âgées est caractérisé par des fragmentations et cloisonnements institutionnels, organisationnels et cliniques. Cette situation impacte négativement la qualité et l’équité des prestations offertes aux personnes âgées. Depuis une vingtaine d’années, différentes formes de réseaux d’acteurs et de ressources à visées de coordination ont été développées selon des configurations territoriales différenciées. À la lumière des dispositifs institutionnalisés (réseaux de santé et centres locaux d’information et de coordination), et du processus d’institutionnalisation en cours des réseaux intégrés, une approche interactionniste des modes de gouvernance à l’œuvre est proposée. Le focal porte sur la nature des arrangements à l’œuvre. |
