| Summary, etc. | L’objet de cet article est de questionner le rôle des proximités sur le travail institutionnel, en nous appuyant sur le cadre conceptuel de l’économie de proximités. En effet, la littérature sur le travail institutionnel s’est peu intéressée aux questions de spatialité. L’étude porte sur un cas concret, le réseau Slow Food, qui nous permet d’effectuer une analyse d’un modèle de proximité organisée. Les résultats confirment l’existence du rôle joué par les proximités géographiques et organisées sur le travail institutionnel. L’article permet en outre d’apporter une grille d’évaluation du travail institutionnel en fonction de l’étude des régimes de proximités. |

| Summary, etc. | The Slow Food network: a study of proximity and legitimacy in institutional work The purpose of this paper is to explore whether proximity has a direct influence on institutional work, using the theoretical framework of the economics of proximity. Indeed, the literature on institutional work has shown little interest in spatial issues. The case study focuses on an existing network, the Slow Food, which enables us to study in depth an existing case of organized proximity. The main findings of this study confirm the role of geographical and organized proximity in institutional work. This paper offers a conceptual framework to measure the outcomes of institutional work depending on the combination of proximity models. |
