| Summary, etc. | Alors que les politiques publiques appellent à un développement de la méthanisation sur les territoires, les projets de dimension industrielle peinent à voir le jour. Plusieurs arguments sont souvent soulevés tels que la complexité dans les procédures administratives ou encore la question de l’acceptabilité sociale et des conflits d’usage. Dans ce cadre, les collectivités territoriales (notamment les communes et établissements publics de coopération intercommunale) doivent mettre tout en œuvre pour favoriser les différents types de proximités entre acteurs (géographique et organisée). À partir d’entretiens semi-directifs réalisés auprès des parties prenantes de la méthanisation, nous avons dégagé les principales fonctions d’intermédiation que pouvaient jouer les collectivités pour favoriser le déploiement des projets et leur adhésion et leur ancrage local. |

Besides the complexity of administrative procedures, the issue of social acceptability and associated conflicts of land use is often discussed. In this context, local authorities (especially municipalities and public institutions of inter-municipal cooperation) must make every effort to promote different types of proximies between stakeholders (geographical and organized). Based on semi-structured interviews with biogas plant project’s stakeholders, we identified the main intermediation functions that local territories could play to promote the deployment of projects and their local anchoring.cities. |
