520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | The article presents three different types of research on depression. The first one, which considers depression as the rupture of an attachment bond (Bowlby), invites us to develop a position promoting a new and more secure attachment bond and relationship. The second one, based on affective neuroscience, incites us to work on re-mentalization and repair of a broken and lost relationship with the goal of interiorizing a healthier bond. Thirdly, mindfulness, which prevents relapses by developing one’s ability to take a step back and regulate one's emotions on a daily basis. |
