Entre le modèle médical (centré sur le passé et le remède à apporter), le modèle social (centré sur l’avenir et les propositions de bien-être), l’auteur situe la Gestalt-thérapie dans un modèle existentiel où la souffrance est accueillie sans jugement. L’expérience montre que renoncer à répondre à la demande telle qu’elle est formulée et démythifier l’aspiration à un bonheur idéalisé ouvre à l’imprévisibilité et permet une transformation féconde. |
