Ma longue expérience aidant, la Gestaltiste réapparaît en moi pour me sommer de réguler un émotionnel exacerbé. Une respiration lente et profonde me permet de rouvrir mon cœur et de retrouver la sensation du contact avec la jeune mère. J’ancre mes pieds au sol. Un long moment passe. Je reviens résolument dans l’écoute attentive de Caroline. Quand je relève les yeux, le puzzle prend littéralement forme : le bébé, c’est elle. |
