Élevée dans un climat familial rigide et prude, j’ai pu surmonter mes traumatismes grâce à un travail thérapeutique en Gestalt et en EMDR, complété par la rencontre avec un accompagnant de l’intime. Quelquefois, il faut désobéir pour trouver plus d’assise et d’accomplissement ! |
