| Summary, etc. | The law of January 2, 2002, redistributed in the medical-social field a number of umbrella signifiers encompassing institutional workers and users. The author, starting from a Freudian-Lacanian linguistic model, tries to identify some of their direct implications for institutional practice and psychoanalytical clinical analysis, as he experiences it daily in a specialized institution for intellectual disabilities.
