| Summary, etc. | Cet article rend compte des résultats d’une enquête portant sur trois dispositifs sociaux d’une ville de Suisse romande destinés (notamment) aux personnes sans domicile et leur permettant de dormir, de manger, de faire leur lessive et de se laver. Il montre que les règles mises en place par ces dispositifs pour la gestion de la misère, qui ont des effets sociaux, découlent en premier lieu des politiques de pénurie décrétées par les autorités qui les financent. |
