| Summary, etc. | Dans notre pratique, nous sommes confrontés à l’errance qui renvoie à des réflexions sur l’idéal et le rejet, l’aliénation et la résistance. Il est difficile de nommer et d’identifier les errants toxicomanes. L’accès à l’histoire de leur vie est le plus souvent fait de façon morcelée. Pour les personnes reçues, nous pourrions parler de « choix subi ». En tant qu’intervenants sociaux et médicaux au CAARUD-CSAPA (Centre d’accueil et d’accompagnement à la réduction des risques pour les usagers de drogues-Centre de soins, d’accompagnement et de prévention en addictologie) nous sommes là pour les usagers quand ils le souhaitent. C’est un travail relationnel et de partage. C’est aussi donner une signification à cette expérience de l’errance et des produits au-delà de l’individuel, qui prend racine et s’enrichit dans le social. Comment le soin de l’autre et l’acceptation du soin de/par l’autre peuvent-ils être révélateurs du rapport de soi au monde et du monde à soi ? Notre travail est aussi une façon de réapprendre ou apprendre la relation à l’autre, de les accompagner pour tenter de vivre, à trouver du sens à leur vie, à ne plus se sentir si vulnérables. |

| Summary, etc. | In our practice, we are confronted to vagrancy, which leads to reflections on the ideal and the rejection, on the alienation and the resistance. It is difficult to name and identify the drug-addicted wanderers. The access to the story of their life is most often made in a fragmentary way. We could talk about « endured choice » for the persons hosted. As medical and social professionals in the Reception and support centre for risk reduction for drug users – Support and prevention Center (CAARUDCSAPA, Centre d’acceuil et d’accompagnement à la réduction des risques pour les usagers de droguesCentre de soins, d’accompagnement et de prévention en addictologie), we are here for the users when they wish. It is a relational and sharing work. It is also ginving a meaning to this experience of wandering and of drug use beyond the individual… How can the care given to the othter and the acceptance of the care received from the other, be indicative of the relationship of the self to the world, and of the world to the self ? Our work is also a way to re-learn or to learn the relationship to the other, to support those persons in trying to live, in findind a meaning in their life, in stopping feeling that vulnerable. |
