C'est entre ces processus d'évaluation, d'élaboration des outils de cette même loi et les enjeux d'acteurs que nous proposons de mettre en perspective les freins mais surtout les potentialités constructives démocratiquement d'une éthique collective. |

It is between these evaluation processes, the process of developing the tools of this specific law and the challenges of those involved that we offer to put into perspective the obstacles but also and above all else, the constructive democratic possibilities of an ethical collective. |
