Aujourd’hui ancrées dans les mœurs des professionnels, nous nous apercevons pourtant que ces recommandations sont difficiles à mettre en place. En protection de l’enfance notamment, la mobilisation des parents s’avère peu probante. Dans cet article, nous souhaitons mettre en lumière quelques éléments de compréhension, en regardant notamment de manière plus précise qui sont les parents d’enfants placés et quel sont leurs quotidiens. |
