| Summary, etc. | Dans le dispositif dont il va être question, le psychologue résidant n’est pas en situation professionnelle avec les sujets accueillis dans l’institution, mais avec ceux qui s’en occupent. Cette position a un effet immédiat, puisqu’elle permet de questionner différemment les accompagnements. Ce qui est pris en compte n’est alors plus uniquement le bien-fondé de l’accompagnement qui repose sur des valeurs éducatives, mais aussi les désirs qui le constituent, façonnés par une équipe en tant que collectif, ou amenés plus individuellement par chacun des professionnels. Ainsi, le psychologue fait du questionnement qu’il soutient un outil de travail destiné aux personnes intervenant auprès des jeunes. Pour cela, le psychologue intervient à deux niveaux : lors de réunions d’équipes dites de « clinique », et au cours de supervisions individuelles destinées à chacun des professionnels composant l’équipe. |

| Summary, etc. | This article accounts for a 2014 study on the role of mediation access in emergency housing for homeless people. Mediation is a new profession of social intervention. It is based on the communication and neutrality of an impartial and intermediary third party between two people in conflict or between a person and an institution. But the mediator is also called, outside of visible conflicts when an individual is confronted with a life transformation. His role is to accompany him in social life steps or acts to fight against exclusion. The article analyses a mediation alternative that focuses on social support in terms of therapeutic relationship. The empirical results show that this little-known mediation corresponds to a logic of social integration through housing. |
