Summary, etc. Les formations aux métiers du travail social sont remises en question en raison de la difficulté à recruter sur le terrain. Est-ce la qualité des formations qu’il faut remettre en cause et répondre à tout prix aux nouvelles modes, aux logiques de consommation de la formation ou aux pressions des financeurs ? Ne faut-il pas plutôt interroger ce qui fait formation, ce que vont y puiser les futurs professionnels pour tenir bon auprès de ceux qui en ont besoin et le renforcer ? Un monde sans fin passe par l’importance de se recentrer sur la capacité à « être auprès de l’autre » et ce qui le permet dans les pratiques de formation.
