| Summary, etc. | La formation continue constitue un enjeu pour les politiques publiques. Elle ne concerne pas seulement les domaines de l’éducation ou de la culture, mais celui du travail. Qu’en est-il de l’accès aux dispositifs de formation continue pour les comédiens et les comédiennes qui exercent dans un Établissement et service d’accompagnement par le travail (ESAT) ? Examinant le fonctionnement et le statut de ces structures médico-sociales, l’auteure propose des pistes de réflexion à partir d’une recherche documentaire et d’une observation participante. Malgré le fait que les comédiens d’ESAT bénéficient d’une formation permanente, des contraintes et des contradictions interrogent l’inclusion de ces artistes dans le milieu artistique. |

What can be said about access to continuing education for actors working in an Etablissement et service d’accompagnement par le travail (ESAT) (Establishment and Work Assistance Service)? Examining the operation and status of these medical and social facilities, the author offers several avenues for reflection based on a literature review and findings from participant observation. Despite the fact that ESAT actors benefit from ongoing training, there are constraints and contradictions that call into question the inclusion of these artists in the artistic community. |
