| Summary, etc. | The starting point of this contribution is a hypothesis forged from training experience. Like other occupations and professions, special education incorporates a range of highly symbolic objects into its reference system. An aura specific to figures, texts, and places that must be deciphered in light of a notion drawn from the anthropology of religion: the sacred. The analytical sidestep taken in this demonstration not only makes it possible to identify the “fundamentals” of an evolving professional culture, but also helps to prevent excessive sacralization, synonymous with inertia and resistance to change. |

| Summary, etc. | Le point de départ de cette contribution tient dans une hypothèse forgée à l’expérience de la formation. Ainsi, à l’instar d’autres métiers et professions, l’éducation spécialisée intègre dans son système référentiel un ensemble d’objets à forte charge symbolique. Une aura propre à des figures, des textes et des lieux qu’il s’agit de décrypter à la lumière d’une notion tirée de l’anthropologie du religieux : le sacré. Le pas de côté analytique mobilisé dans la démonstration permet non seulement de repérer les « fondamentaux » d’une culture professionnelle en mouvement mais, aussi, de prévenir les dérives liées à une surcharge sacrale synonyme d’inertie et de résistance au changement. |
