Companies become complex organizational systems wherein work contradictions turn into paradoxes. In this context, although the worker’s subjectivity is continuously requested and mobilized for the efficiency of the activity, it is attacked both in its expressive and thought dimensions. The reflexive, mental, and emotional capacities of the subject are diverted. Subjectivity is mobilized to satisfy companies’ requirements. Interiority is instrumentalized. |
