Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | Concept of recognition is increasingly emphasized by both professionals and researchers. The Management Sciences, including the Human Resources Management, looks at the impacts of recognition in terms of social performance, including mental health, and economic, including the energy expended by individuals and cooperation. However, the concept is still poorly modeled even if it seems to be a relevant input for articulating different theories in management sciences and other disciplines such as philosophy, anthropology, psychology, sociology and even biology. This paper proposes an analysis of recognition process and to better define this concept remains largely unexplored. It is based on a longitudinal study of two organizations over several years through an intervention-research method. |
