Summary, etc. | Notre recherche vise à intégrer l’éthique managériale et un leadership partagé qui permettraient à l’hôpital de sortir de la dynamique délétère dans laquelle il semble verser et d’évoluer vers une dynamique performante dans sa gestion des ressources humaines. À travers une étude empirique longitudinale sur quatre ans au sein de deux établissements hospitaliers du sud de la France, nous chercherons à mieux comprendre la situation de mutation que traverse aujourd’hui l’hôpital et à fixer des voies possibles d’un renouvellement des pratiques managériales. |

Summary, etc. | Using a cross-case study approach, we want to understand the actual problems in management and especially regarding the recent HRM changes within French hospitals. Our research tends to suggest a new public management model with the use of managerial ethics and shared leadership. We provide data that reflect how two different hospitals’ success or failures in management was perceived, interpreted, and legitimated by those involved and we suggest new ways to be more efficient and more resilient. |
