Summary, etc. | Les chefs d’établissement du secondaire jouent un rôle primordial dans la satisfaction des enseignants à travers leurs pratiques managériales. Dans cet article, nous nous intéressons aux effets du rôle de manager des chefs d’établissement sur la satisfaction des enseignants du secondaire. Pour mieux appréhender celle-ci, cette recherche s’appuiera sur une démarche méthodologique de nature quantitative. Elle mobilisera des courants théoriques permettant de conceptualiser la satisfaction des enseignants et le rôle managérial des chefs d’établissement. Les résultats de notre étude menée au niveau national dans les établissements publics locaux d’enseignement permettent de recentrer le débat sur les conditions de travail des enseignants suite à l’évolution de ces pratiques managériales. |

Summary, etc. | This article focuses on the effects of the managerial role of headmasters on secondary school teachers’ job satisfaction. Our research methodology will be based on a quantitative approach to better comprehend this situation. It will mobilise theoretical currents allowing us to conceptualize teacher satisfaction as well as the managerial role of headmasters. The results of this study conducted at a national level in local educational public institutions have allowed to refocus the debate on the working conditions of school teachers following the evolution of their headmasters’ managerial practices. |
