520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | The social problem of the working conditions at the subcontractors imposes to the contractors the implementation of a Supply chain Disruption Management. This social demand requires methods of assessment of the responsibilities of each partner and a communication/discussion with the stakeholders. The strategy of answer to this social demand then has to allow to provide solution to the expectations of the reduction of the uncertainty and the access to the information of the stakeholders. The problem concerns here the understanding of the formulation of an answer to a social demand of improvement of the working conditions at the subcontractors through the Apple case Apple. The study presents an analysis of Apple’ supplier responsibility progress reports from their first edition in 2007 to 2016. This corpus was treated by using the software of textual analysis Alceste. This analysis allows to highlight a balanced strategy in terms of scope and rhythm of occurrence, based on three guidelines: organization of the partnership relations, risk management at the supplier and the structuring of work conditions at the supplier. |
