Summary, etc. | L’objet de cet article est de proposer un retour réflexif sur une expérience pédagogique envisageant les séries télévisées comme support pour la modélisation de comportements organisationnels. Tout d’abord, nous exposerons et analyserons le type de modélisations qu’est susceptible de porter un tel support. Puis sera proposée une méthode qui, utilisant les séries auprès d’étudiants, leur permet d’appréhender les comportements en organisation. Une expérimentation a montré l’intérêt d’une construction de savoirs, au travers de ce support, s’avérant impliquante et riche pour tous les acteurs qui y ont participé, pédagogues compris. |

Summary, etc. | This article aims to propose a reflexive return on a pedagogical experience envisaging TV series as support for the modeling of organizational behavior. We propose to use the series with students to understand the behavior in organization. An experiment shows the interest of a construction of knowledge which, through this support, turns out involving all the actors who participate in it, including teacher. |
