| Summary, etc. | L’objectif de cette recherche est de nous intéresser à l’évolution des métiers des techniciens et des cadres de santé des laboratoires de biologie médicale, qui sont impactés par d’importantes transformations technologiques. A partir d’une démarche prospective des métiers réalisée au sein d’un groupement de 18 laboratoires de biologie médicale d’un Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire (GHT), cet article vise d’une part à étudier les impacts présents et futurs des principales mutations internes et externes sur l’organisation et sur le métier de technicien de laboratoire, d’autre part à observer les changements constatés et à venir sur les activités, les compétences et les responsabilités. |

| Summary, etc. | The purpose of this research is to focus on the evolution of the professions of technicians and health executives of medical biology laboratories, which are impacted by major technological changes.
