| Summary, etc. | Drawing upon an exploratory and longitudinal (three stages) study carried out during the pandemic, this paper examines to what extent a context characterized by an absence of shared physical spaces as well as an extreme dependence on ICTs constitutes a challenge for employees’ inclusion. Following a comprehensive approach to the socio-material dynamics at work, we look at the very dynamic taking place between virtual spaces (materialization), the rules governing the use of tools (elicitation), and the actual uses of tools (sense-making). Our findings show first an opportunity for inclusion of remote employees, before observing phenomena of dis-inclusion and exclusion. In turn, our contributions are twofold. First, we observe a phenomenon of dis-inclusion as a temporary strategy of disinvestment from the collective. Second, we discuss the inclusive potential of ICTs though the lens of social dynamics around the tools. |

| Summary, etc. | Partant d’une recherche exploratoire et longitudinale en trois temps menée au cours de la crise sanitaire, cet article investigue la manière dont un contexte caractérisé par une absence d’espaces physiques partagés et de dépendance extrême aux TIC, constitue un enjeu pour l’inclusion des personnes. A travers une démarche compréhensive des dynamiques socio-matérielles à l’œuvre, nous questionnons le jeu qui s’opère entre les espaces virtuels (matérialisation), les règles encadrant l’usage des outils (élicitation), et les usages réels des outils (création de sens). Nos résultats révèlent d’abord une opportunité d’inclusion des personnes à distance avant d’observer des phénomènes de dés-inclusion et d’exclusion. Ces constats permettent d’aborder le phénomène de dés-inclusion comme une stratégie temporaire de désinvestissement du collectif, et d’autre part, d’illustrer le potentiel inclusif des TIC médiés par des dynamiques d’acteurs autour des outils. |
