Divers cadres théoriques sont exploités : en comportement organisationnel, en psychologie, en sociologie, en GRH. À travers l’étude des cas, l’analyse de la composante émotionnelle au travail fait apparaître différentes ressources et stratégies de régulations. Un cadre comparatif des différents niveaux de maturité des processus de GRH des métiers étudiés fait émerger le concept de régulation émotionnelle organisationnelle (REO). |

Summary, etc. | This research analyzes the regulation of emotions in emotional incident occupations : police officers, emergency workers, teachers, call center agents. Various theoretical frameworks are used : in organizational behavior, psychology, sociology, HRM. Through case studies, the analysis of the emotional component at work reveals different resources and emotion regulation strategies. A comparative framework of the different levels of maturity of the HRM processes of the professions studied reveals the concept of organization emotion regulation. |
