Summary, etc. This article puts the concept of enantiology into perspective. Our research studies have led us to propose this conceptualisation as a principle and domain of knowledge related to the study of transformations. Organisational and strategic transformation involves acquiring better knowledge of the operative process of the operations of transformation and its constructions in order to implement change more efficiently. Research contributes to the experimentation of a clinical practice of intervention for missions for implementing change involving a transformation of the mental structures of the functioning and management of the organisation.
