| Summary, etc. | Le recours à la psychothérapie et à la cure psychanalytique en ligne s’est accéléré du fait des contraintes imposées par les risques sanitaires de la Covid-19. Au-delà de l’acceptation croissante du media Internet par le thérapeute et par le patient, se posent les questions du cadre et de l’alliance thérapeutique. Si la téléconsultation n’a pas vocation à remplacer à long terme la séance in situ, elle présente une alternative intéressante quand celle-ci ne peut pas ou ne peut plus être envisagée. L’auteur, psychothérapeute agréé A.R.S., psychanalyste et sexothérapeute fait part de son expérience personnelle libérale de téléconsultation exclusive pratiquée sur un an (15 mars 2020 - 15 mars 2021), au Paradou, village proche des Baux de Provence et d’Arles (Bouches du Rhône, France). Cette contribution, non psychométrique, est un témoignage présentant un tableau de synthèse des motivations, freins et limites de la téléconsultation pour le patient et pour le psychothérapeute. |

| Summary, etc. | Remote psychotherapy and psycho-analysis teleconsultation, increasing ways of practicing due to the Covid-19 pandemia restrictions, question the setting and the therapeutic relationship between the patient and the psychotherapist. Although this mode of therapy is not aimed to replace the classical setting, it represents a valuable alternative when the latter is not possible, i.e. during a pandemic period. The author, psychotherapist, psycho-analyst and sexotherapist reports his personal experience about one-year clinical experience (March 15 th , 2020 to March 15h, 2021) of exclusive teleconsultations in rural practice in Bouches du Rhône (France). This article which presents Strengthes and Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (S.W.O.T.analysis) of this particular setting should be seen as the author’s single point of view and cannot be extrapolated. |
