| Summary, etc. | La «Révolution orange» a constitué une des «révolutions de velours» qui ont démocratisé depuis 2000 plusieurs pays de l’Est européen et de la CEI. Elle a été mise en scène par le mouvement de jeunesse «Pora», financé et entraîné par des ONG et fondations américaines, relais de l’influence de Washington. Le nouveau président Viktor Iouchtchenko s’est orienté vers les États-Unis et l’UE. L’Ukraine est fragilisée par la rivalité stratégique États-Unis – Russie et la division entre les Ukrainiens prooccidentaux et prorusses. Après 2004, « Pora » a rejoint une structure transnationale – «Internationale de velours» – composée d’une dizaine de mouvements de jeunesse de l’Europe de l’Est et de la CEI. Son objectif est de démocratiser les régimes autoritaires et les dictatures de la CEI. |

| Summary, etc. | The Orange revolution as geopolitical phenomenonThe «Orange revolution» was one of the «velvet revolutions» which democratized since 2000 several countries of the Eastern Europe and of the CIS. This revolution was staged by the youth movement « Pora» which was financed and trained by US NGOs and foundations, relays of influence of Washington. The new president Viktor Yushchenko turned Ukraine towards the US and the EU. Ukraine is fragilized by the rivalry between US and Russia and by the division between the pro-Western and pro-Russian Ukrainians. After 2004, «Pora» joined a transnational structure – «Velvet Internationale», composed of a ten of youth movements of the Eastern Europe and of the CIS. Its aim is to democratize the authoritarian regimes and dictatorships of the CIS. |
