| Summary, etc. | Tel un nouvel appel, un écho prolongeant les articles collectifs parus respectivement dans Le Journal du Dimanche « Pour une médecine intégrative » (JDD du 13 novembre 2022)1 et dans le quotidien Le Monde, « Il est temps d’accorder une place raisonnée pour des pratiques complémentaires dans le système de soins » (Tribune du 10 novembre 2022)2, la présente contribution citoyenne interroge l’analyse que porte le ministère de la Santé et de la Prévention sur le sujet. La problématique concerne l’intégration et l’encadrement des pratiques de soins non conventionnelles complémentaires en santé ainsi que les interventions non médicamenteuses (INM)3, évaluées, sécurisées et adaptées, à visée de prévention et de soins, dans le système de santé en France. Une recommandation cardinale s’impose : évaluer, réguler, informer pour mieux intégrer. |

| Summary, etc. | As a new appeal, an echo of the collective articles published respectively in Le Journal du Dimanche « For An Integrative Medicine » (JDD of 13 November 2022) and in the daily newspaper Le Monde, « It is time to give a reasoned place to complementary practices in the health care system » (Tribune of 10 November 2022), the present citizen’s contribution questions the analysis made by the Ministry of Health and Prevention on the subject. The issue concerns the integration and supervision of non-conventional complementary health care practices as well as non-pharmacological intervention (NPI), which are evaluated, secured and adapted, with a view to prevention and care, in the French health care system. A cardinal recommendation is emphasized: evaluate, regulate and inform in order to better integrate. |
