| Summary, etc. | Résumé Pour faire face aux grandes évolutions démographiques, le plan d’action des fédérations Agirc et Arrco 2009-2013 se déploie dans trois grandes orientations, communes à toutes les institutions de retraite complémentaires (IRC). La première concerne le développement de la prévention. La seconde travaille à prolonger l’autonomie des personnes âgées et handicapées au domicile. La dernière accompagne la perte d’autonomie au sein des structures collectives. C’est dans le cadre de la seconde orientation que la direction de l’action sociale a conduit une étude sécurité habitat où les nouvelles technologiques ont toute leur place. Bilan contrasté et instructif de la compréhension des besoins par les différents acteurs. |

| Summary, etc. | NEW TECHNOLOGY AND SECURITY WITHIN THE HOME In order to face up to important demographic developments, the AGIRC and ARCO Federations’ plan of action for 2009-2013 has three main orientations which are common to all supplementary pension schemes (IRC). The first covers prevention development. The second aims at prolonging the autonomy of older and disabled people within the home. The third deals with loss of autonomy within collective frameworks. It is in this second context that the social action management has carried out a study on security within the home in which new technology has pride of place. |
