| Summary, etc. | Le Sommet Mondial de la Société de l’Information a réaffirmé la nécessité de promouvoir la diversité culturelle sur les réseaux électroniques. Il s’agit, en d’autres termes, d’encourager la production des contenus qui tiennent compte à la fois des différentes cultures et des contextes particuliers. Tout en se situant dans une perspective de « e-inclusion », cette étude vise à comprendre la manière dont les internautes africains francophones adaptent les nouvelles technologies à leurs besoins, de déceler les usages spécifiques à cette communauté. En effet, si la technologie demeure « un phénomène universel », son utilisation reste liée à l’appartenance socioculturelle de l’internaute. En d’autres termes, les croyances, les habitudes de vie des individus influent sur l’usage que chacun fait de la technologie. S’interroger sur les usages particuliers des africains francophones revient donc à analyser la façon dont cette « double identité » se manifeste sur le cyberespace. |

It means that contents productions which considers various cultures (educations) and particular contexts must be encourraged. In the prospect of “e-inclusion”, this article proposes to understand the way that africans french speaking internauts adapt new technologies to their needs, by showing specifics uses. Indeed, if the technology remains an universal phenomenon, its use is in relation with internaut social and cultural membership. In the other way, believes, and people way of life influences individual and collective uses of technology. The question about special uses of africans french speaking leads to analyse the way is shown itself in cyberspace this “double identity”. |
