Conscients de la valeur du capital immatériel que composent les connaissances développées en interne, les dirigeants d’entreprise mettent en place la capitalisation des connaissances. La situation du transfert générationnel des savoirs rencontre aujourd’hui les méthodes de gestion des connaissances mises au point dans les années 1990. L’expert se trouve sollicité pour transmettre ses connaissances et doit porter un regard sur la manière dont il a classé ce savoir au fil du temps. En prenant l’expert comme acteur de son savoir, la question est de tirer profit de ses traits de caractère ou personnalité pour faciliter le transfert. À travers la visite de quelques principes sur la formalisation des savoirs et les modèles invoqués, cet article considère l’expert comme le classificateur de son propre savoir. |

| Summary, etc. | The unequal communication of expert knowledgeAlong with human resources management, the management of intellectual resources has also become established in the business world. Awareness of the value of in-house knowledge as an intangible asset is driving company directors to capitalise on this knowledge. Today, the transfer of knowledge between generations is bringing in knowledge management methods developed in the 1990s. Because experts are required to transfer their knowledge, they need to look back into how that knowledge was classified over time. If experts are considered as protagonists in their own knowledge, then the question arises of the use of their personalities or traits of character to facilitate the transfer. Through a review of some of the principles of knowledge formalisation and the models cited, this article discusses the question of experts as classifiers of their own knowledge. |
