Summary, etc. | À partir d’un corpus constitué d’articles issus de deux revues professionnelles (Inter CDI et BBF), nous analysons le positionnement des professeurs documentalistes et des bibliothécaires à l’université et de lecture publique dans la formation aux outils de classification. Si ces outils nécessitent une formation aux modes de fonctionnement des structures documentaires et bibliothéconomiques, ils révèlent aussi des enjeux sociaux et professionnels de taille. Enfin, la transmission et la diffusion de ces outils de classification au sein des cursus scolaire et universitaire sont questionnées. |

Summary, etc. | Shaping methodical minds?Based on a corpus of articles from two professional journals (Inter CDI and BBF), we analyse the position of librarianship teachers and librarians working in academic or general public libraries on training in classification tools. While the use of these tools demands training in the operating methods of document centres and libraries, they also reveal significant social and professional issues. We conclude with a discussion on how these classification tools are disseminated through school and university curricula. |
